Fitness Memberships and Swimming Lessons 

LeisureSK will store, for a reasonable time, copies of all documents and information provided by as part of their membership application process. 

In the case of swimming lessons, the information stored will include information relating to any medical conditions disclosed by the pupil which will be kept confidential and will not be revealed to anyone other than swimming teachers and other necessary staff. 

Clubs and Venue Hire 

LeisureSK will store, for a reasonable time, copies of all documents and club information provided by you as part of the venue hire booking process. The information stored will include participant information that you disclose to use and will be kept confidential. 

We may use personal information provided to us for legitimate interests including to process and respond to any enquiries made by you and to process your personal information in order to perform our contractual obligations in relation to any contracts between us and you. 

Direct Marketing 

Where you have consented (or where otherwise permitted by law), we may send you information about new services of offers which may be of interest to you according to your preferred method(s) of communication. Please note that even after you provide your consent to us providing you such information, you can always unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@leisuresk.co.uk and we will stop sending you marketing communications.
